Two-step workflow: Step 1 uploads contacts to GHL, then Step 2 uses the fresh Contact IDs to upload deals. Update mode is for refreshing existing records.

Schema locked to Spencer's Encompass export. Encompass may export Pair-2 Email/DOB as either Borr Email - 2nd / Borr DOB - 2nd (suffix preserved) or as a duplicate of the bare Borr Email / Borr DOB header — the tool accepts both forms. Column order in the export doesn't matter as long as the headers are present.

Workflow Step

Step 1 — GHL Contacts + MHIQ Homeowners

First-time upload. Encompass file only. Get GHL Contact Import for GHL and MHIQ Homeowner Import for MHIQ.

Step 2 — GHL Deals

After Step 1 contacts exist. Needs a fresh GHL Contacts export so Contact IDs attach. Grab the GHL Deal Import CSV.

Update — Refresh

For refreshing already-imported records. Needs GHL Contacts + Opportunities exports.
